Since I'm online looking to purchase another tamper -- to replace this one -- I thought I would write up a quick review.This is a nice tamper with a convex face and decent weight, but my handle became loose (the acrylic/plastic in the handle is a separate piece and screws on to the metal base. When I turned the handle to tighten it back up, the acrylic stem broke in half, shattering in some places and is unrepairable.

NO issues with it - yes, the handle unscrews, but I just don't mess with it. I also don't put it in the dishwasher and expect it will last a long time.
